What you will do:

After several years of outsourcing our IT systems, we started to build our own in-house IT team in 2019. Our team is responsible for the global IT landscape within the company. We are responsible for further strengthening the solid base that has already been laid out. To further support the quick growth of our business towards the future, the design and implementation of new systems allow us to bring new techniques and technologies to the trading floor. Together we have the opportunity to pioneer and innovate on a global scale.

As a System Admin you will manage the Active Directory administration for all our tools and help with troubleshooting. You will also assist our IT Support team by being the second line of support. Your responsibilities in a nutshell will be:

  • Windows Administration;
  • Active Directory Administration (hybrid Azure and on-prem);
  • Managing Azure Cloud;
  • Maintain, support, optimize, and troubleshoot MS Office 365 (including Exchange Online) tools using your proven track record;
  • Define, document and share best-practice knowledge amongst IT Support and other related teams;
  • End-user support for various IT related requests and issues using our ticketing system (Jira).

 

Your profile:

  • 4+ years experience in a similar position;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT & Business or equivalent;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all stakeholders;
  • You are result-oriented, calm and you take a structured approach to solving problems;
  • Experience with MS Office, Windows 10, Windows Server, Remote tooling and Active Directory;
  • ITIL and MCSE certification is a must;
  • Experience in creating and updating PowerShell Scripts for windows, Active Directory, AzureAD and Office 365.
