Danske Commodities is one of the most successful Danish companies within Origination and Portfolio Management and we are always looking for talented people.

Our originating activities are a part of our Trading & Origination unit and when working within this area, you can be working with portfolio management, sales, product development, deal-structuring and contract development.

Responsibilities

  • portfolio management
  • product development and implementation
  • customer contact and service
  • sales activities in Denmark, UK, Germany and Italy
  • conduct different analysis
  • close contact and communication with other internal trading teams
  • stakeholder management

Qualifications

Our services and in-house interaction are based on high professional standards.

We expect that you:

  • hold a relevant Master or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar
  • have experience from the energy business
  • have an educational background within Economics, Engineering or similar
  • have a good command of English, both written and oral, and preferably an additional European language 
  • have good customer relationship skills
  • are competitive
  • always strive to make the best possible deal
  • have experience with excel and VBA
  • have an innovative and creative mind-set
  • are good at asking questions and challenge existing processes 
  • have a diligent and structured approach
  • can skilfully disseminate information
