We have a best-in-class IT set-up, develop many of our systems and tools in-house and host them ourselves. We are working with Software Development, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure and Services as well as Business Analysis. And we are always looking for talented people – especially Software Developers and Business Intelligence Consultants.

Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Consultant: 

  • engage our business and translate complex business requirements to world-class Business Intelligence solutions
  • actively taking part in full project cycles, from inception to delivery, using best-practice methods and our strong Business Intelligence platform
  • designing, developing and documenting solutions
  • ad-hoc assignments within different areas of our business

As a Software Developer: 

  • developing world class software in an engaging and complex domain with a team of highly skilled and open-minded developers
  • engaging our business and translating complex business requirements to working solutions
  • actively taking part in full project cycles, from inception to delivery
  • designing and developing reliable, available, performant distributed systems
  • maintaining and improving a living system landscape within one of our core business areas
  • continually staying up to date with latest trends and ensure that we, as a team, continually improve and learn

Qualifications

As Business Intelligence Consultant, we expect that you: 

  • hold a Cand.Merc (or equivalent) in Business Intelligence or is trained in IT, computer science, mathematics, or as an IT engineer
  • are a recent graduate in or have a few years’ experience within Microsoft Business Intelligence
  • have a solid understanding of the interplay between people, technologies, and processes, and that you’re organised, analytical, and motivated. Additionally, you must be able to read and understand English.
  • it is an advantage to have experience within: Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft SSIS and SSAS, data warehousing, data modelling and analysis and data visualisation in Microsoft Power BI

As Software Developer, we expect that you: 

  • you are a dedicated Software Developer with a passion for your craft
  • you are willing to learn and continually challenge yourself and others to become even better
  • you have a good understanding of development principles and care about good software design
  • you have a degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent
  • any experience level is welcome
  • it is an advantage to have experience within: .NET/C#, asynchronous messaging, DDD, service oriented architecture, Docker, RabbitMQ, MSSQL and continuous integration and deployment
